I have read previous reviews about Bill and could not agree more. Bill has a pleasant manner, who loves and cares about his job. He found 2 faults, with our water heater, so I decided to replace it being 20 years. We received a good price and a great job as he moved a valve to where it should have been at no extra cost. Me being an ex Trade Teacher can spot someone who is good. Bill being young has us for life.

Bill is extremely pleasant to deal with. He advised me on what I needed to be ready with and had to come multiple times to the property before his own task could even start and he made no complaints, infact went out of his way to assist and was one of the most helpful guys! His work was impacable, he completed all I requested and given how well he worked I even asked him for other work! He also catered to late call outs and was super punctual.

Hard to find good tradespeople these days! Bill was able to give me an upfront fixed price which was competitive (hot water change over) without requests for photos and flexible in fitting me in his schedule. A good honest guy who take pride in his work. Will definitely use him again for other work.

Bill is the sweetest trades person l’ve ever met. On top of that his standard is exceptional. He really cares that the job is done to a high standard and won’t stop till it’s perfect. He removed pipes, extended copper pipes using a boom lift and even unblocked the sewer. Really can’t recommend him enough.
